Payment failures will result in immediate plan deactivation. Nez Technologics LLC services will not be available to customers with a deactivated plan due to payment failure. Any outstanding payments will need to be made in order to reactivate the plan and bring your account current.

Monthly or Annual plans must be charged the rate stated at the time of purchase, plus applicable taxes, for the duration of your monthly or annual subscription. Each home customer is only allowed up to 5 devices for each Annual Membership. Hardware parts are not included in this Service Plan and it's the customer's responsibility to pay for all parts needed for the repairs. If services needed are not in the Basic Service Plan, Customer may choose to pay additional charges to access Premium Services at a discounted rate. Nez Technologics LLC reserves the right to cancel Logic Memberships for any misuse or damages caused to the company.
